Leading Children To Christ

JumpStart is a pre-baptism class for children under 12 years of age and their parents. A simple message of the Gospel is presented from John 3:16. Parents then have an opportunity to lead their child to Christ as we believe it is a parent’s privilege to participate in this process.
Class Time: 1 hour. Families attend this class together before a child can be baptized. A child attending this class usually:

  1. Comes forward during the invitation to Christian discipleship either in Children’s Church or Adult Church or
  2. Has expressed a curiosity about accepting Christ as their Savior but has not yet come forward in church.
All classes begin at 9 a.m. CST.
