The P5 Journey is a spiritual growth journey that identifies the following stages of Discipleship:
1 - Prospect
This stage gives support to those who are identified as prospects for the Kingdom because they have not yet to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior. Prospects will be supported with discipleship tracks that are more evangelistic in nature with the goal of helping them come to a greater understanding of who Jesus is and the importance of having Christ in their lives.
2 - Participant
This stage gives support to those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior and are new members of the Mt. Zion family.
3 - Pupil
This stage gives support to members and friends of Mt. Zion who are no longer new to the faith or to the church but are looking for learning opportunities for greater spiritual growth and development.
4 - Producer
This stage gives support to those who have reached a point of maturity and are seeking to not only learn, but to apply the lessons in every area their lives, particularly, areas outside of their church experience. Producers convert their learning into service that produces results for God’s glory.
5 - Professor
This stage gives support to those whose maturity have reached a point where they not only desire to learn in order to live, but they learn in order to help lead others in learning and growing as disciples of Christ.
